1. About WinYourBooth.ai

WinYourBooth.ai ("we", "us", "the platform") provides AI-powered voter intelligence tools for Indian elections — including voter list analysis, demographic reports, and voter slip generation. The platform is intended for use by political candidates, campaign managers, and authorised political party representatives.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a lawful resident of India
• Use the platform only for lawful political campaign purposes
• Not be under any court order or legal restriction that would prevent such use

By accepting these terms you confirm that you meet all of the above conditions.

3. Acceptable use

You may use WinYourBooth.ai to:

• Analyse voter demographics in your subscribed constituencies
• Generate voter reports and voter slips for your campaign
• Manage volunteers and outreach activities
• Enrich voter records with contact information you lawfully obtained

You must not use the platform to:

• Discriminate against voters on the basis of religion, caste, gender, or any other protected characteristic
• Harass, intimidate, or unduly influence voters
• Sell, redistribute, or sublicense voter data to any third party
• Use voter data beyond the electoral cycle for which it was obtained
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract our AI models or data pipelines
• Share your login credentials with other individuals or organisations
• Violate the Model Code of Conduct issued by the Election Commission of India
• Violate any provision of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 or 1951

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Subscription — Subscribers

The Subscriber plan grants you full platform access for one or more Vidhan Sabha constituencies for a defined subscription period.

• Subscriptions are billed per constituency per month
• Your subscription begins on the date payment is confirmed
• Data for your constituency will be ready within 10 working days of subscription activation
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may add constituencies at any time; additional charges apply pro-rata

5. One-time orders — Buyers

Buyers may place individual orders for specific reports or voter slips without a subscription.

• Orders are fulfilled within 10 working days of payment confirmation
• Each order is valid for a single download only
• Downloaded files are watermarked with your order number and email
• Orders are non-transferable

6. Data accuracy

We extract data from official Electoral Rolls published by the Election Commission of India. We do not guarantee that this data is free of errors — Electoral Rolls themselves may contain inaccuracies.

Inferred data (caste category, religion) is generated by AI based on name patterns and is an estimate only. It should not be treated as verified fact and must not be used for purposes other than legitimate campaign planning.

7. Intellectual property

All software, AI models, report templates, and platform design are the exclusive property of WinYourBooth.ai. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Voter data extracted from Electoral Rolls remains public domain as defined by the Election Commission. The analysis, formatting, and presentation of that data as produced by our platform is our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WinYourBooth.ai shall not be liable for:

• Election outcomes or campaign results
• Errors or omissions in Electoral Roll data sourced from the Election Commission
• Inaccuracies in AI-inferred caste or religion data
• Loss of data due to force majeure events
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
