Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident paying us. This policy explains exactly when you're entitled to a refund and how to claim one — no ambiguity.
1. Subscriptions
New subscriptions — 24-hour cooling-off period
If you subscribe and your data has not yet been delivered, you may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. No questions asked.

Subscribed today, data not yet delivered, request within 24 hours
✗ Not eligible
Data already delivered to your dashboard, regardless of whether you have accessed it
Ongoing subscriptions — pro-rata refund
If you cancel a running subscription mid-cycle and your data has been delivered, we do not offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the month. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refund for non-delivery
If we fail to deliver your constituency data within 10 working days of subscription activation with no communication from our side, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. One-time orders (Buyers)
One-time report and voter slip orders are fulfilled as digital deliverables. Because of the nature of digital goods:
Once a report or voter slip file has been generated and made available for download, it is non-refundable.
However, you are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:
- We fail to fulfil your order within 10 working days with no communication
- The file delivered is corrupted or completely unreadable
- The constituency data delivered does not match the constituency you ordered
- A duplicate payment was charged for the same order
3. What we do not refund
- Dissatisfaction with data completeness — Electoral Roll data is as published by the Election Commission; we cannot control gaps in the source data
- Inaccuracies in AI-inferred caste or religion estimates — these are clearly marked as estimates
- Change of mind after data delivery
- Subscriptions cancelled after the renewal date has passed
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
4. How to request a refund
Email us at support@winyourbooth.ai with:
- Your order number (format: WYB-XXXXXXXX)
- Your registered email address
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days and returned to the original payment method.
5. GST
Where applicable, GST charged on your order will be refunded in full along with the base amount.
6. Disputes
If you believe your refund request has been wrongly denied, please escalate to support@winyourbooth.ai with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line. We will review and respond within 5 working days.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar, India.
